Aluminium Extrusions
Aluminium extrusions are lightweight, corrosion-resistant sections produced by forcing aluminium alloy billets through a precision die to create consistent profiles with excellent strength-to-weight performance. R V Metal Corporation supplies aluminium extrusions for architectural, industrial, electrical, and engineering applications in a wide range of standard and custom profiles such as angles, channels, flats, tubes, tees, and complex multi-void shapes. Our extrusion supply supports common alloy families and tempers (especially 6xxx series) selected for good extrudability, surface finish, weldability, and anodizing compatibility. Depending on the requirement, extrusions can be supplied in mill finish or with downstream processing such as cutting, drilling, machining, deburring, and packaging for safe handling and export movement. With heat/lot traceability and mill test documentation available on request, our aluminium extrusions are suited for fabrication lines that need repeatable dimensions, clean metallurgy, and dependable performance across batches.
