Copper Nickel Flanges (Cu-Ni 90/10 & 70/30)
Copper Nickel Flanges (Cu-Ni 90/10 & 70/30) from R V Metal Corporation are engineered for seawater, marine, offshore and shipbuilding piping systems where long-term corrosion resistance, reliability and low maintenance are critical. Cu-Ni flanges offer excellent resistance to biofouling and erosion-corrosion in flowing seawater, making them a preferred choice for condensers, heat exchangers, ballast lines, fire mains, hydraulic cooling, and saltwater service pipelines. We supply flanges in forged or machined construction with tight dimensional control, compatibility with Cu-Ni pipes/tubes, and full traceability with test certificates. Available in standard pressure classes as well as OEM-specific custom drilling patterns, our flanges support secure gasket seating, stable bolt loading, and dependable leak-free joints in demanding marine environments.
